We don't need to recall the recent history of alternative methods of dispute resolution. For the past ten years, these methods have permeated the entire legal system. The courts appreciate their usefulness in freeing them from conflicts in which the parties can find their own solutions. Their influence is growing and these methods have become an example for law professionals who now reconsider their work practices and integrate the principles recommended by a variety of specialized training organizations.
These professionals collaborate in centers, which, under pressure from globalization, are gradually organizing themselves to cooperate across borders.

Some of our members were trained by various organizations which promote these methods: CEDR (GB), Ifomene, the Chamber of Commerce, the Paris bar, etc.

However, we can only admit that it is very difficult to extract bankruptcy and reorganization procedures from the virtual legal ghetto in which they are confined. One of our goals is to extend the application of alternative conflict resolution methods to businesses in distress. We have an extensive experience based on numerous cases resolved over the past ten years, demonstrating the importance of an alternative dispute resolution method that works to the advantage of all creditors. The lower courts, as well as the Court of Appeals, have validated this approach.

The International Chamber of Commerce, Insol, and Uncitral have been asked to not only recognize it as a legal tool but also to make the use of an alternative method of dispute resolution official.
