Grip 21 is an organization bringing together professionals concerned with all aspects of the management of businesses in trouble. Court-supervised reorganization/bankruptcy procedure issues presented here reflect points of view interesting the entire community.

We will review draft legislation, including comments submitted by working groups representing professional organizations, and organize an exchange of opinions.
